(10200 m²), spectator area and dug-out/storage
area. The pitch conforms to the requirements set
out for World Rugby Regulation 22 (2016) and FIFA
Quality (Handbook of Requirements for Football Turf
2015).

The project consisted of multiple refurbishments and was funded by Sport England, UK Athletics, Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Harriers.
The project was tendered to specialist track builders who were SAPCA registered. The works were awarded to Agripower Contractors.
